Eli has over 40 years of experience in commercial real-estate developments in the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario.
He is the founder of Torgan Construction Limited (“Torgan”) and has been involved with commercial real-estate since the 1970s.
Under his stewardship, Torgan has successfully developed and acquired over 70 projects encompassing over 4 million sq.ft. of medical centres, shopping malls and strip shopping centres.
Arnan has over 20 years of experience in commercial real-estate development and management, and an in depth understanding of the retail leasing market.
In his previous position, Arnan was in charge of overseeing the management of 23 medical office buildings and over 20 commercial and industrial buildings across the GTA and Ontario.
Ben started his career in commercial real estate back in 2011 and worked as a VP of business development at the Torgan Group. Ben was involved in the development and leasing of the New Oakville Medical Office Building, by the new Oakville hospital and New Horizon Mall in Calgary. He was also actively involved in the acquisition process and management of various medical buildings and plazas.
